Jack Mahoney
Wrestling Background

Jack Mahoney wrestled for Lindenhurst H.S in New York before making All-Conference at Brockport during his college years. From there he moved on as a teacher and coach at Sachem HS he became a figure of legend at the helm of one of the top wrestling dynasties in New York history.

The numbers speak for themselves: 341 career victories, five Suffolk County team titles, five team runner-ups at counties, multiple champions, regional nominee for National High School Coach of the Year, and his induction into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2005.

Jack Mahoney created a culture that will surpass generations and will permeate through the walls at Sachem High School North for as long as the building at 212 Smith Road in Lake Ronkonkoma exists.
