John Burich wrestled with the original WWF and toured throughout the late 70's and 80's as John Birch 'the Super Slav'. He was the Rookie of the Year and held the 'Beat the Champ' belt for a year. He was introduced as an arm wrestler that beat the legendary John Tolos in a 'fire vs. fire' match. Candles were set on the table to burn the loser. He went on to be almost undefeatable losing only to Andre the Giant and Man Mountain Mike.
