Sam Dusatko has a long time involvement with Orange County, California wrestling. He wrestled his successful high school career at Norwalk High School in Southern California and then in college at both Cypress College and Cerritos College. He has since helped as a mentor/trainer for students in the wrestling program at Santa Fe HS between 1997 and 1999.

He also works at wrestling camps, beginning in Big Bear in the 70's for Coach "Hal" Simonek, who was inducted to the Hall of Fame in 1999.

Sam is currently Wrestling co-coach in a youth program for 8-10 year old California girls. In 2000 he coached a girl who made it to the amateur wrestling championships for the State of California.
